Pre-release status

Vučko '84 remains in development. Features, availability, pricing, platform support and online services may change before commercial release.

Pre-release account

Web 1.1 allows users to create a Vučko Account using email-code sign-in and to choose a leaderboard nickname. Accounts may be reset, migrated or modified as the backend evolves before commercial launch.

No current sale

Web 1.1 does not currently sell or activate the Full Game. Full Game entitlement and device-management structures are present in the backend but commercial checkout remains disabled.

Future full-game license

The intended model is a personal, non-transferable Full Game license associated with a Vučko Account, with support for a reasonable number of the account holder's personal devices. Final device limits, refunds, recovery rules and payment conditions will be published before sales begin.

Online ranking

The leaderboard backend is operational, but verified public score submission is intentionally disabled until the Android game includes the required validation and anti-cheat protocol. Attempts to manipulate account or ranking services may result in score removal or account restriction once competitive services become active.

Intellectual property

All rights in the final released software, original code, original game assets and website content will be governed by the ownership and licensing arrangements in place at launch. Commercial publication will only use third-party names, marks, recordings and protected properties where the required permission or legal basis has been confirmed.

Changes

These pre-release terms will be replaced or expanded before payment activation and commercial launch.
